Two ways of doing business

1: SOFTCOM provides a digital, custom-made CRM system enabling clients to gain access to a digital platform to submit, track and manage all orders.

2: The client already has their own CRM platform and Softcom is given access to it so as to manage the client service process from there.

For shipping and warranties, Softcom handles all orders following a turn-key principle –meaning we produce furniture based on agreements with the client, label the products with the client branding as required, then ship the products to our client’s customer base as agreed with the client labels and branding, and all necessary certificates and warranties.

Softcom is able to handle a large volume of orders each week, and shipping to European destinations takes around 3–5 working days. Shipping to the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Africa takes 1–2 weeks depending on the specific location.
