  • First design of the product, from either the client or Softcom
  • Expectations regarding comfort
  • Production platform and specifications to match the design and quality needs of the product
  • Creating a new production platform (where necessary)
  • Price mapping
  • If the price is right, building of the first prototype
  • Prototype approval with the client, where necessary perfecting the prototype before finalizing the product

  • Developing an order intake and tracking system based on the client’s needs
  • Creating article and product configurations
  • Preparation of packaging, labeling, and sales materials
  • Creating master data for production
  • Creating warehouse supplies for the material and other elements of supply chains
  • Compliance checks: necessary certification, permits, tests, etc.

  • Softcom launches production according to the set product supply agreements
  • The minimum order deadline is four working days; the average order deadline is 13 working days
  • Logistics based on agreements

  • Softcom takes full responsibility for all our products, so if there is any lack of quality, we will replace the product in the most convenient way for the client
